25 Years, Countless Memories

Reaching 25 years with Jebsen & Jessen is a reflection of perseverance, loyalty and manymoments of learning. We spoke to some of our long service award recipients.

“I still remember my first day of work after graduating,” shared Bunta Wicharoen, Regional Order Admin & Planning Team Lead of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand. “I have gradually learned and grown through various roles I have held, from customer service to purchasing to now regional business operations. Thanks to the collaboration and support of my colleagues, the coaching, and the opportunities to work on various regional and SAP projects, all the challenges have helped me progress in my career.”

For Marilyn Manalili, Customer Service Manager of JJ-LAPP Philippines, reflection brings a deep sense of pride. “Looking back on my 25 years, it warms my heart seeing my efforts in helping the company grow paying off.
