"body": "
There are more athletes among us than we might think.

Sports has been part of Iswandi Roslan’s (Holding, Singapore) life since childhood. From football and field hockey to bodybuilding, each activity has taught him something different, including teamwork, quick decision-making and patience.

For Foo Mei Ling (JJ-Lurgi, Malaysia), boxing is her reset button. A bad day can be sweated out in an hour, while every new movement or heavier weight is a reminder of what her body can do.

That feeling of progress is something Huu Toan Nguyen (Ingredients, Vietnam) knows well too. Running has become a way of life for him, and his favourite feeling comes after an early-morning session, knowing he is “1% better than yesterday.” The same mindset follows him into work, where big goals are broken down into smaller milestones.

Bhisma Prakasa (Ingredients, Indonesia), meanwhile, keeps coming back to exercise for something simpler, how it makes him feel: happier and energised. It is dopamine at work.

All four of them, incidentally, have proudly represented their countries in the recently concluded Health & Wellness Group Challenge modelled after Hyrox held in Kuala Lumpur. It is an event that encourages year-long exercise throughout the Group.

Elsewhere, the Philippines Running Club (Fajar Prasetyo, Jaymar Jamin, Marjorie Raz and Vinaluz Dasigan from Ingredients) brings colleagues together twice a week, turning a workout into a community. More than 10 colleagues run, encourage one another, and sometimes reward themselves with Jamba Juice afterward.

Then there is Pip Stubbs (Safetech, Australia), who sees sports from the sidelines as a basketball coach. Her greatest reward is not winning, but watching young girls become more confident and seeing them stay together through setbacks, believing in one another, and refusing to give up.

Different people. Different sports. Stay healthy, one and all.

",
