Manager

Jerry, who started out as a Technician, is known for his diligence and ‘can do’ attitude. He was promoted to Sales Executive handling highly technical products such as cranes, forklifts, and gondola, before taking on his current role as Refurbishment Manager.

Ramon Dugaduga
Service Engineer
MHE-Demag,
Philippines

Ramon similarly joined the company as a Technician. After demonstrating dedication to his work, he was assigned to be a Service Supervisor in 2005, then promoted to Sales Engineer for Parts and Refurbishment. In 2012, he moved to the Cebu branch and has served as Service Engineer ever since.

Rahil Catli
Installation Supervisor

Philippines

Rahil started his career as a Service Technician. His integrity, passion and dedication to his job earned him a promotion to Installation Supervisor. He has been fulfilling his role well for 20 years since.

MHE-Demag, Malaysia gathered to celebrate the 25-year service milestone of four staff — Norman Bin Bakri, Yong Kee Chai, Tan Guat Tai, and N. Murugasu A/L M. Narissaman, all of whom have served the company well since joining in 1992.

Norman Bin Bakri
Service Supervisor
MHE-Demag,
Malaysia

Norman started out as a Service Mechanic and worked his way up to become Assistant Foreman in 1997. By 2012, he was promoted to Service Supervisor, responsible for leading service team leaders and technicians in the execution of field service jobs and in providing technical expertise for on-site safety and customer satisfaction.

Yong Kee Chai
Service Engineer
MHE-Demag,
Malaysia

Kee Chai started his journey as a Service Mechanic. His diligence and hard work earned him a promotion to Service Engineer in 2001. He has since remained faithful to his role, and is exemplary in leading the service operations team to achieve the order and sales targets that they are tasked with.

Tan Guat Tai
Accounts Executive
MHE-Demag,
Malaysia

Guat Tai joined MHE-Demag as General Accounts Clerk. She was promoted to Project Accounts Officer in 2004 and as Project Accounts Executive in 2012. Two years later, she was re-designated as Accounts Executive.

N. Murugasu A/L
M. Narissaman
Service Executive
MHE-Demag,
Malaysia

For N. Murugasu, his MHE-Demag story began as a Service Mechanic. By the end of 2001, he had become Service Technician Team Leader. The high-performer was then promoted to Service Executive in 2012, working with an assigned team of technicians to achieve quality performance.
