Celebrating 25-Year Service Milestones

Loh Chin Joo (CJ) joined the Group as a Sales Manager in 1993. He went on to hold several positions as General Manager, Regional Business Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer before becoming General Director of Jebsen & Jessen Packaging Vietnam in 2006.

As a father figure in the company, CJ’s work anniversary was celebrated with his team putting on a wonderful performance just for him.

Somsit Soontarawan

Sales Manager, Scientific Division

Jebsen & Jessen Technology, Thailand

Somsit Soontarawan, known as Samson to the team, began his journey with the Group in 1993 as a Sales Representative of the Scientific Division. In 2002, he was promoted to Sales Manager and, in 2011, joined the Jebsen & Jessen Technology team.

The celebration in his honour was attended by 50 past and present colleagues, as well as members of the regional management team.

Tjokorda Wira Suartha

Assistant Refurbishment Manager

Ferry Gunawan and Tjokorda Wira Suartha joined the company in 1993, at a time when the Service division was just a small group of about 30 staff. In their 25 years, they have witnessed and contributed to the growth of the division and MHE-Demag as a whole. In their honour, colleagues from the Surabaya office as well as senior management representatives gathered to mark their 25th work anniversary.

Ferry joined the company as Spare Parts Sales Engineer. He progressed steadily through the ranks and, in 2014, was entrusted with the role of Senior Service Manager.

Tjokorda’s start was as a Service Technician (KHAT) before he moved into IPD. He has worked in the Jakarta and Surabaya offices. In 2004, he took on a Refurbishment Sales role and in 2013, became Assistant Refurbishment Manager.

For Wasikin, Jebsen & Jessen Technology Indonesia’s friendly delivery driver with a big smile, a celebration was held to honour his dedication to his work and the company. Wasikin has honed his driving skills for 25 years by always being focused and attentive on the road.

“While 25 years is a very long time, for me, time has flown by so quickly that it seems like only yesterday when I joined the company,” said Wasikin.
