Celebrating 25-Year Service Milestones

MHE-Demag in Thailand celebrated the long-service milestone of three colleagues in June last year. Wachira Sunisanontthachai started out as Service Supervisor, mainly overseeing servicing for the Jungheinrich product. After being promoted to Assistant Service Engineer in 2001, he continued to rise through the ranks to become Service Engineer in 2002.

Saknarin Woraphu
​Service Supervisor
​MHE-Demag, Thailand

For Saknarin Woraphu, his journey started as Service Technician responsible for the servicing of both overhead cranes and lift trucks. In 2010, he was promoted to his current role of Service Supervisor.

Laor Klungklangdon
​Assistant Inventory and
​Warehouse Manager
​MHE-Demag, Thailand

Laor Klungklangdon joined the company as Service Administrator in the Service department. She was later rotated to become Billing Administrator in the Finance department and, in 2000, took on the role of Invoicing Assistant. Laor returned to the Service department as Parts Administrator a year later before becoming Customer Service Executive-Parts in 2002. By 2006, she had been promoted to Assistant Inventory Manager and now manages a wider portfolio as Assistant Inventory and Warehouse Manager.

Sugiyono
​Division Manager - Engineering/Technical
​MHE-Demag, Vietnam

About 40 colleagues and senior management, including Group Chairman Heinrich Jessen and MHE-Demag Regional Managing Director Karl Tilkorn, gathered to celebrate Sugiyono’s 25th anniversary with the company.

In his honour, KW Law, Regional Director, Service of MHE-Demag, spoke about Sugiyono’s career with the company and used the letters in his name to describe him as Steadfast, Unfazed, Goodhearted, and with Integrity—a witty attempt that drew nods and smiles from everyone in attendance.

The Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients team in Thailand spent a very special evening in August 2018 celebrating the silver jubilees of two colleagues.

Prapaphun Marasri
​Import & Export Assistant
​Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, Thailand

Prapaphun Marasri started her career in T.I. Engineering as Shipping Assistant. She was later transferred to Triton. In her 25 years, she journeyed with the company, working in JJ-Degussa and Jebsen & Jessen Chemicals before she became Import & Export Assistant with the Ingredients business. She is a hardworking colleague and a valuable asset to our logistics team.

Pratoom Phomruk
​Delivery Supervisor
​Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, Thailand

Pratoom Phomruk started her career as an Administrator with Jebsen & Jessen. She then moved to Triton to become Delivery Supervisor. Her years of service to the company included a stint with JJ-Degussa’s Import & Export department as Shipping Assistant as well as the Customer Service team in Jebsen & Jessen Chemicals. Now, she serves the company as Delivery Supervisor, handling the delivery process in our warehouse in a prompt and professional manner.

Sohaimi Bin Ismail
​Assistant Production Supervisor
​Jebsen & Jessen Packaging, Malaysia

Jebsen & Jessen Packaging has produced its first 25-year long-service recipient! Sohaimi Bin Ismail’s contributions were celebrated over lunch with Executive Vice Chairman Per Magnusson, Regional Managing Director Chui Tau Siong, and more than 30 other colleagues.

General Manager - Operations Tai Wan Yau recounted Sohaimi’s journey with the company, starting from when he was hired as an Engineer for Ecopack Industries. He was later transferred to JJ Hartmann and Styrotek before he joined Jebsen & Jessen Packaging in Malaysia. Sohaimi is described as a quiet person who is always willing to share his experiences with his colleagues.
