Joseph Cho joined us in November 1993 as a Production Engineer. Later, he chanced upon a transfer opportunity to the Service Division and made the most of it. Chance favours the prepared and Joseph earned himself a promotion to Service Division Head in 2015 after three years of serving as acting division head.
Ang Kian Chuah came onboard in July 1993 as Trainee Technician. While relatively inexperienced at the time (this is his second job), Kian Chuah found himself involved in a major project for Singapore Post within five years of joining us. He describes his journey as full of learnings, opportunities and friendship.
When Cheah Boon Hoe joined us in September 1993, he was first attached to the Production team. A restructuring exercise 10 years later saw him moving to Service where he grew as a mechanical specialist. He truly enjoys his work, saying that 25 years have passed in the blink of an eye.
Siau Chee Seng was an experienced technician when he came onboard in November 1993. But under the tutelage of his former superior Leu Kim Nam, he acquired even more professional knowledge and experience. To Chee Seng, the teamwork and friendship in the company makes it a great place to work.
Choo Lee Kiong, who joined us in April 1993, has spent the last 25 years humbly working his way up the organisation. Today, he has become an important pillar in both project execution and installation operations. Known to be as strong as Iron Man, Lee Kiong is ever reliable and helpful.
Low Mong Seng was a Production Cutter when he came onboard in May 1993. A hardworking colleague with plenty of experience gained from years spent in different industrial sites, Low also has a flair for photography and is regarded as a tough guy in our Technical Installation team!

Chan Shok Mee’s 25-year career with us traces the history of Jebsen & Jessen Business Services in Malaysia, spanning four different entities! She started out in Balmartek Marketing in 1993 before the company was merged with Jebsen & Jessen Marketing. After she worked her way up from Accounts Clerk to Senior Accounts Assistant, she was transferred to Jebsen & Jessen Engineering. In 2001, when Jebsen & Jessen Business Services took over the business support functions, she came on-board and was quickly promoted to Accounts Executive.
For Kathryn Lo, her starting point was Jebsen & Jessen Engineering. She joined as Human Resource Manager and gradually took on additional roles like SAP Course Trainer for the SAP End-User Functional Courses. After moving to Jebsen & Jessen Business Services in 2001, she has held several appointments, including EHS Committee Member and Training Officer. Widely recognised for her diligence and dedication, Kathryn was promoted to Senior Human Resource Manager in 2015.
Au Yong Chui Keng, too, had her start in Jebsen & Jessen Engineering. Progressing through the ranks from a Personnel Assistant in 1994 to Personnel Executive in 1997, she was redesignated as Human Resource Executive when she became part of Jebsen & Jessen Business Services. She was promoted to Senior Human Resource Executive the following year and began taking on value-added roles like KUR for the SAP HR Module. In 2015, she was promoted to Assistant Human Resource Manager.
Serena Moke took yet a different route. She joined Electra Communications as Service Coordinator in 1993. In 1997, the company’s renaming to Jebsen & Jessen Communications provided new opportunities. She tried her hand as Logistics Assistant, Sales Administrator, and Customer Service Executive before discovering that her passion lies in administration. In 2009, she was delighted to cross over to Jebsen & Jessen Business Services.
