    "body": "<p>At MHE in Malaysia, three dedicated colleagues, Noraimy Binti Musahar, Norhisham Bin Basiran and Romi Bin Saruji, were recognised with the 25-Year Long Service Award in honour of their unwavering commitment and contributions to the business.</p><p>The ceremony was graced by Chairman Heinrich Jessen and Chief Human Resources Officer Olivia Chua, with inspiring speeches delivered by MHE CEO Karl Tilkorn and Malaysia Country Manager Chong Chee Kong. Colleagues from across the business, including Simpang Renggam Factory Manager Roslan Abd Majid, gathered to honour the recipients, celebrating not only the milestone but also the lasting relationships, trust and shared experiences built over a quarter of a century.</p><p>The celebrations continued in Singapore, where Richard Cheong from Industrial Services marked more than 25 years with the company. Starting his journey in 2001 as a Project/Service Engineer, Richard has grown into his current role as Department Manager. But beyond the roles and milestones, his journey has been shaped by the people he has met along the way, from colleagues who have grown alongside him to friendships that have lasted well beyond the workplace. The occasion was made even more special with Chairman Heinrich Jessen, Group CEO Per Magnusson and Richard&rsquo;s former boss, Mr Wu, there to celebrate the milestone with him.</p><p>The same spirit of appreciation was shared in Malaysia with colleagues from JJ-Lurgi, as the celebrations continued to honour long-standing contributions and the relationships built over the years. Group CEO Per Magnusson and Group CHRO Olivia Chua joined the celebrations, alongside Cherry Shen, who travelled from JJ-Lurgi China to mark the occasion in person. Together, they honoured Tan Choon Seng, Zubaidah, Feirouz Binti Mohemed Abdul Aziz, Shen Yingjia, Tin Lei Chuen and Ang Puek Fang.</p><p>Across Malaysia and Singapore, these celebrations were a reminder that a long career is measured in more than years. It is also found in the people who become part of the journey, the trust built over time and the memories that stay with us long after the workday ends.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
