Expanded Johor Operations

Reflecting this commitment, Jebsen & Jessen Packaging recently marked the expansion of its Integrated Packaging Design and Blow Moulding operations at its Johor facility in Malaysia, strengthening its ability to meet evolving customer needs and support future growth.

The expansion has increased IPD’s production space by 57 per cent to 1,188m² and introduced a new automated production line alongside the existing manual line. The enhanced setup has boosted production capacity by 150 per cent, enabling greater efficiency and flexibility.

Blow Moulding has also undergone a significant transformation, with its production area expanding by 156 per cent to 2,160m². The facility now includes new Injection Stretch Blow Moulding and Extrusion Blow Moulding production lines, while an MHE overhead hoist has been installed to improve efficiency during mould changeovers and machine maintenance. As the number of machines grows from 13 to a planned 24, production capacity is expected to increase by 84 per cent.

The expansion marks another step in Jebsen & Jessen Packaging’s long-term commitment to operational excellence and customer success.
