Jebsen & Jessen completes MHE integration across the region
In April, Jebsen & Jessen completed the acquisition of MHE-Demag’s Industrial Products (IPD) Business from the Konecranes Group. After ensuring a smooth transition, we welcomed over 270 new colleagues across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines to Jebsen & Jessen Technology’s Material Handling Equipment division, MHE. They are now settling into their new offices, with our Malaysian colleagues expected to do so by October.
With a team strength of over 300 people now, MHE has, in parallel, been continuing customer conversations, ensuring existing engagements are well serviced while exploring new opportunities. To this end, the Group’s latest acquisition of Electro-Mechanical Services (EMS) Australia will fortify our Australian presence and enable MHE to bring more industry-leading innovations, including a brand-new Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) parking solution, to customers across all our active markets.
