SAP S4 Hana Goes Live
Jebsen & Jessen (SEA) is among the first to implement the fourth-generation SAP ERP system
Oct 2017- Jebsen & Jessen (SEA) has successfully implemented the SAP S/4HANA in the last quarter of 2017, making it one of the first companies in the region to have successfully done so for the 1610 version.
S/4HANA is a new innovation from SAP, offering better performance, greater simplicity and enhanced usability. The Group ITC team started evaluating it as a potential upgrade from its existing SAP ERP solution in 2016. They attended various workshops by SAP to understand the impact and changes, and worked out an implementation strategy. Once the plan was approved, the ITC team managed to complete this major upgrade in just six months, one month ahead of schedule.
The migration to S/4HANA is viewed as an essential step in the Group’s digital roadmap, and will put it in good stead to harness current and future business growth opportunities.
