Ratana Vongmukdaporn

Regional Business Line Head, Pharma & Personal Care

Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients

 

May 2018- The Group congratulates Ratana Vongmukdaporn as she joins the ranks of senior management and becomes a permanent member of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients’ Regional Leadership Team.

Effective May 1, 2018, Ms Ratana is responsible for the business line’s industry partnerships and strategic direction. She leads the Pharma & Personal Care Teams across South East Asia and China in planning and implementing the product and market development of the business. Her role also includes defining and driving activities at the Regional Innovation Centre for Personal Care in Bangkok, Thailand.

Having previously served as Regional Portfolio Manager, Pharma and Department Manager, Personal Care & Pharma, Ms Ratana brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.

 

 

Lim Siew Tin

Country Head, Malaysia/Singapore

Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients

 

Feb 2018- The Group is pleased to announce that Lim Siew Tin, Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Singapore and a 20-year veteran of the Group, has accepted a new combined role as Country Head, Malaysia/Singapore.

This is part of a strategic decision to unite the business in Malaysia and Singapore in order to better meet supplier and customer needs.

By consolidating resources in the two countries under Ms Lim’s leadership, the business will benefit from greater synergy and will be better positioned to drive growth in a more focused and better resourced way.

 

 

Mak Tai Ho

Regional e-Business Director, Asia

Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients

 

Feb 2018- Mak Tai Ho, formerly Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Malaysia, has taken on the newly created role of Regional e-Business Director, Asia with effect from February 1, 2018. Mr Mak now reports directly to Marc Deschamps at the Regional Leadership Team level.

He is responsible for managing Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients’ growth in the B2B and B2C e-business, creating an online sales platform for the business, and developing capabilities and systems to respond to fast-changing customer requirements. Mr Mak’s deep insights into the company’s regional sales process, business models, supplier portfolios and customer needs will enable him to effectively develop, resource and implement a robust e-business strategy that will lead Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients into the future.
