JJ-Lurgi is proud to share another key milestone in its compliance and governance journey with the successful completion of its Surveillance I Audit for ISO 37001:2016 (Anti-Bribery Management System). The business unit is now preparing for the transition audit to achieve certification to ISO 37001:2025.

As the first business unit within the Jebsen & Jessen Group to be certified with ISO 37001, this achievement reflects JJ-Lurgi’s continued commitment to conducting business with integrity, transparency and accountability. In an increasingly complex business environment, maintaining the highest ethical standards remains fundamental to building trust with customers, business partners and stakeholders.

Maintaining ISO 37001 certification is the result of a structured, organisation-wide effort. Building on the initial implementation, JJ-Lurgi has continued to strengthen its policies, periodic risk assessments and internal controls, while enhancing due diligence, reporting and investigation procedures. Employees across all functions also participate in regular awareness and training programmes to reinforce anti-bribery principles, individual responsibilities and ethical decision-making.

Internal audits and management reviews are conducted regularly to ensure the Anti-Bribery Management System remains effective ahead of annual surveillance audits. The certification demonstrates that JJ-Lurgi continues to operate an internationally recognised framework to prevent, detect and respond to bribery risks, while driving continuous improvement as the business evolves.
