    "body": "<p>Bringing colleagues together from across the region, the Serial Products, Rental and Automation (SPRA) Conference, held in Pattaya, Thailand this July provided a platform to exchange ideas, strengthen regional collaboration and align on future opportunities for the material handling industry.</p><p>The conference opened with a reflection on progress since previous gatherings, led by Burton Chua, Head of IP Serial Products &amp; Rental at MHE, before recognising top-performing teams for their achievements. He was joined by Regional Product Manager Andrew Thambiah in conducting sessions on automation solutions and after-sales services, reinforcing the strengths of MHE&rsquo;s offerings and the value they bring to customers.</p><p>A key focus of the conference was knowledge sharing. Representatives from each country discussed market developments, business challenges and growth opportunities, giving colleagues valuable insights to their local landscapes while encouraging the exchange of ideas and best practices across the region. The discussions also highlighted the growing potential for automation, with opportunities emerging across Southeast Asia as demand continues to evolve.</p><p>The conference concluded with a renewed focus on execution, establishing stronger alignment between product and frontline teams to support future strategies and action plans.</p><p>CEO Karl Tilkorn also joined the event, sharing his perspective on the opportunities ahead and encouraging the teams as they continue to drive innovation and growth for MHE, a Jebsen &amp; Jessen brand.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
