Stepping Into New Roles

Leadership transitions often signal more than a change in title. Across the Group, a series of recent appointments and promotions reflects continued investment in experience, operational strength and the people shaping the next chapter.

Within the Material Handling business unit, Vincenzo Di Costanzo steps into the role of Managing Director, Australia – Material Handling, overseeing the Safetech business incorporating service and installation operations in the country. The business unit also welcomes Jeffrey Estrella as President, Philippines – Material Handling, bringing more than three decades of experience across the industrial, power and aerospace sectors. Meanwhile, Reuben Wong has been promoted to General Manager, Singapore – Material Handling, expanding his responsibilities from Sales and Projects to leading the full MHE business in the country.

Elsewhere, Lim Si Howe has been appointed General Manager of Operations, Global – Industrial Engineering, with an expanded portfolio that now includes global procurement.

Completing the lineup, Janelle Koh has assumed the role of Vice President Beverage of MSM Betastar. With extensive experience across sales, brand and commercial management, she also becomes the first MSM female Singaporean expatriate and a member of the Executive Management team.
