Strengthening our Track Record

Feb 2018- JJ-Lurgi was recently selected as the technology provider for an oleochemical plant project in Dumai, Indonesia. We were appointed by a joint venture company between one of the largest exporters of palm oil in Indonesia and one of the biggest manufacturers of chemicals and cosmetics in Japan.

The project, consisting of a fatty acid fractionation, distillation and hydrogenation plant section, is expected to be ready for production by 2019. Its derivatives will be used for applications in the customer’s consumer products range. Our strong track record and advanced capabilities are the main reasons for our continuous success in Indonesia, which remains the largest market for our technology.
