JJ-Pun and MHE-Demag collaborate to win a major contract for the Yoma Central Project in downtown Yangon
Jul 2019- JJ-Pun, in collaboration with MHE-Demag, has been awarded with a S$1.5 million contract to supply and install Building Maintenance Units for Yangon’s latest skyscraper!
The S$950 million Yoma Central Project is one of the country’s largest foreign direct investments in real estate. It comprises a Peninsula-branded luxury residences tower, two Grade A office towers, and a business hotel cum serviced apartment, all of which are seamlessly connected by a retail podium.
For the project, which broke ground in February 2017 and is scheduled for completion by 2021, the team started engaging the customer in early 2016. After numerous rounds of technical design revisions, we outshone the competition and inked the contract in July 2019.
