Triumphs in Talent Agility

Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand has been conferred the Bronze award for Excellence in Agile Talent Mobility at the HR Excellence Awards 2024. It is a recognition of the business unit’s effective talent development and internal mobility practices, supported by the Talent Mobility Program and High Potential (HIPO) initiative.

In addition to the award, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand was also a finalist in the highly competitive category of Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The HR Excellence Awards is an annual industry event that celebrates the best achievements across the human resources practice in Thailand. The 2024 edition was held in Bangkok in August 2024.
