JJ-Lurgi secures yet another refinery project in Malaysia
Jul 2018- JJ-Lurgi has recently won a project to deliver a 500 TPD semi continuous refinery in Malaysia for a major edible oil player that specialises in producing premium grade specialty fats and oils for the global market.
The refinery will boost the customer’s production capacity and allow it to better cater to the increased demand for specialty fats in the chocolate and confectionery industry. We have designed the facility to feature an ice condensing vacuum system that provides better vacuum conditions in the deodoriser. This provides better oil stability and quality and reduces waste water generation. The project is expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2019.
