Tee Hor Chang

Oct 2017- The Group welcomes Tee Hor Chang, who joins the Jebsen & Jessen Packaging, Malaysia’s senior management team as Regional Operation Director.

Based in the Labplas Sungai Buloh office, Mr Tee reports directly to Chui Tau Siong, Packaging Regional Managing Director and holds overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient operations and administration functions of the business.

Mr Tee was trained in the Toyota Production System (TPS) in Japan and is a keen practitioner of both the TPS and lean manufacturing methodology. He previously served as General Manager of Nidec Precision Sdn Bhd and Paradigm Components Sdn Bhd.

Lim Sue Chuen
​Senior Regional HR Manager
​MHE-Demag, Malaysia

Oct 2017- The Group welcomes Lim Sue Chuen, who comes on-board as Senior Regional HR Manager of MHE-Demag on October 2, 2017.

In this position, she is responsible for the strategic development of human resources in the areas of process improvements, learning & development, performance management and talent management.

For a start, Ms Lim will focus on the continuation and development of MHE-Demag’s talent programme while strengthening the company’s succession plan. She brings with her extensive functional experience, having previously been HR Business Partner for Digi and part of the senior management teams in Maybank Group, Sunway Group and KPMG.

Jeff Cui
​General Manager
​Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients,
​China

Jun 2017- The Group welcomes Jeff Cui, who takes on the role of General Manager of the new joint venture, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, China, from February 1, 2018.

He joined joint venture partner Jebsen Industrial Specialty Ingredients & Solutions in China on June 1, 2017. In his new role, he is responsible for implementing the Regional Business Unit strategy in China, with full P&L responsibility. He leads the China Ingredients team in growing the local business for our suppliers and customers.

Before Jebsen, Mr Cui spent nearly 12 years with Denmark’s Novozymes, a leading industrial enzyme solution provider. In this time, he built up experience in both the sales and marketing functions, having been Asia Marketing Manager, China Marketing Director, and Business Unit Head and Strategic Growth Leader at the company. Previously, Mr Cui also worked at AQSIQ China (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine).
