Welcoming New Leaders

We are pleased to share several leadership appointments across our organisation.

At GMA, we welcome Stephan Kirsch, who has taken on the role of CEO in late 2025. Based in Australia, Stephan has been closely connected to GMA for several years through the Advisory Board, and we look forward to his leadership.

We are also delighted to welcome David Suszko as President, GMA Americas. David brings many years of global experience across commercial, operational and strategic roles, and will be leading the Americas team from the United States.

Over at MSM, Steve Jo will assume the role of Vice President of the Automotive Division from January 2026 in Mongolia.

Within JJ-Lurgi, John Ong has been appointed Financial Controller, bringing years of financial stewardship to the role. Meanwhile, Lee Ven Han now serves as General Manager of Engineering (MEIP), while Hee Chen Siang has taken on the position of General Manager of Engineering (Process & Solutions). Each has played an important role in shaping the capabilities and culture of the engineering team. All three are based in Malaysia.
