Where the Game Moves Forward
On a typical day at Springfield Golf Course, the rhythm of play unfolds in steady intervals — a cart moving forward, a group pausing between shots. Increasingly, these moments are shaped by systems working quietly in the background.
For Jebsen & Jessen Technology, the launch of the Caddy Genius Fleet Management System marks the first deployment of its kind in Thailand. It reflects a step toward digital transformation, where operational efficiency and customer experience are closely linked.
The project was not won on price alone. While lower-cost alternatives remain widely available, the approach focused on understanding the course’s operational needs and delivering a more comprehensive solution.
Caddy Genius brings together features designed to support both control and insight. Pace-of-play monitoring, speed control, geofencing and fleet lockdown enable precise management of carts, while real-time battery status and round data analytics support more informed decisions. Tools for pin placement and maintenance cart management further streamline daily operations.
The system also creates new opportunities. Golfers can place food and beverage orders through the onboard interface, while the display platform enables advertising. Broadcast messaging enhances safety through instant alerts.
Following installation, a full-day training session was held on 2 Apr 2026 for caddies, finance personnel and maintenance teams, led by a Caddy Genius specialist with on-site translation support.
As the first installation in Thailand, it sets a benchmark for future developments in the region.
